Asteroid named also after Bojan Vršnak

Yet another asteroid 179847 (2002 TS315) got name in honor of Dr. Bojan Vršnak discovered also by the Sloan Digital Sky Survey telescope on 4.10.2002. Dr. Bojan Vršnak, scientific advisor working at Hvar Observatory, is one of leading astrophysicist in Croatia and major contributor to astronomy education in Croatia. He has authored several textbooks on plasma physics and received numerous international outstanding prizes for his excellent work such as "Kristian Birkeland Medal" and he was listed as top 2% most cited scientist worldwide.
