- - meat: Beef medallions in a sauce of forest mushrooms served with baked potato and bundles of green beans
- - fish: Grilled gilthead fillet with fresh basil & black olives sauce, served with potato dalmatian style
- - vegetarian: Homemade ravioli filled with squash and quince in a sauce of Hvar's sage, served with Grana Padano cheese shavings
- Desert: rožata or chocolate cake
