VISIT TO HVAR FORT "ŠPANJOLA"

- Meeting place: in front of Amfora hotel (conference place)
- The tour to the fort will take about 45 minutes. Afterwards, all interested participants can continue the tour to Hvar town to visit some of Hvar's most famous cultural monuments, such as the Hvar Theatre (the oldest public theatre in Europe) and the Arsenal (built as a maintenance shipyard for the galley in the 14th century). The rest of the tour in Hvar town takes another 1 hour.
- The tour is led by 3 licenced guides who will divide all participants into 3 groups. All entrance fees (Fort, Theatre, Arsenal) are covered for ECRS 2024 participants.
CONFERENCE DINNERThursday, 26 September 2024, 19:30 h, Windows on Hvar Resturant (top floor of Amfora), Amfora hotel (conference place)
Buffet with various dishes (meat, fish, vegetarian)
- Selection of cold cuts and cheese, Marinated shrimps, Tortilla chips with dips, Mediteranian salad, Coleslaw salad, Vitamin salad, Salad bar, Dressings, vinigars, oils
- Cream of broccoli soup
- Grilled sea bass fillet, Fish & Vegetable Packets, Potatoes in butter, Steamed vegetables, Turkey steak in Hvar style, Domestic hand-rolled pasta with mushrooms, Falafel with pea cream, Chicken satay skewers, Braised beef cooked in fragrant sweet and sour sauce, Gnocchi, Polpette di Zucchine, Pork fillet sticks with vegetables
- Selection of fresh fruits, Selection of cakes
- half bottle 0,75l water, wine and coffee
Note: Costs for welcome reception, poster & beer session, tour to Hvar fort and conference dinner are included in the registration fee. Accompanying person registration fee includes the welcome reception, visit to Hvar fort and conference dinner.
