The meeting will be held on the mediterranean island Hvar in the medieval town Hvar located only 15 km from one of the oldest Greek settlements in the Adriatic, Pharos (Stari Grad) which was founded in 384 BC. Hvar is the largest city on the island of Hvar in the Adriatic Sea. The population of the city is about 3.500 people. Hvar hosts Hvar Observatory on the hill Napoljun overseeing the city.
The conference will take place at Amfora Hotel, which is located 5 - 10 minutes walk distance to the west along the coast from Hvar town main square.
