Local information
Dubrovnik is a city in the southern Croatia, by the Adriatic Sea. It is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in recognition of its outstanding medieval architecture and fortified old town and one of the most prominent tourist destinations in the Mediterranean. In its long >1000 year old history, especially during the time period when it ruled itself as a free state Dubrovnik became known for its maritime trade and skilled diplomacy.
The population of the city is about 40.000 people.
CLIMATE
