Project Summary

PoKRet (Povećanje Konkurentnosti Razvojem istraživača u fizici Sunca) is a European Social Fund project that researches solar eruptions under the new interdisciplinary scientific field called space weather. Prognostic tools developed during the project will be built into an international multidisciplinary software package called SolarSoft. The overall objective is to strengthen the competitiveness of Croatian young researchers and postdoc fellows in the field of physics of the Sun and space forecasting, as the target group of this project.

Project period: 22.07.2015 - 22.10.2016 (15 months).

Total project budget: 983,098.70 HRK. (entirely funded by EU)
