VisaCroatia is a member of European Union, however specific visa regulations might apply. Please inform yourself here whether or not you need a visa for entering Croatia. Oral presentations
- Talk duration:
- Invited talks: 20 min talking time + 10 min discussion
- Contributed talks: 12 min talking time + 8 minutes discussion
- Presentation laptop with MS PowerPoint 365 and Adobe Acrobat (pdf) will be available, but you can also use your own laptop to connect to projector (VGA available - don't forget to bring adapters for your device!)
Poster presentations
- Maximum poster size: A0 (landscape or portrait format)
- Posters will be attached to the walls of meeting room and LOC will provide all necessary tools to do this.
- Posters can be put up during the registration times (Sunday evening or Monday morning) or during lunch break on Monday and Tuesday. Since the posters will be displayed in the same room where the sessions will take place, we kindly ask the presenters not to put on/take off posters during or 15 min before/after the sessions. The posters are to be removed until Friday 13:30 h. The remaining posters will be disposed of by the LOC.

- Currency: Kuna and lipa, 1 lp = 1/100 kn (1 € = 7.4 kn, current exchange rate).
