XVIIIth Hvar Astrophysical Colloquium
From the Sun to the Heliosphere and beyond
15 - 19 September 2025, Hvar, Croatia
The Hvar Astrophysical Colloquium (HAC) is organized every two years in the
town of Hvar, Croatia with aim to bring together researchers from Europe and beyond, devoted to instrumentation, fundamental as well as applied research in the field of solar and heliospheric physics, space weather and space climate.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
The
abstract submission is now open for oral and poster contributions (deadline: 31 May 2025). After this deadline only submissions for poster contributions are possible (deadline: 31 August 2025).
Abstracts are submitted via
Google form on official HAC2025

The pdf version of the abstract is uploaded within the Google form.
Abstract submission form XVIIIth HAC will be held in-person only.
There will be no abstract submission charges.
Submission of an abstract is NOT considered as registration. Registration will only be considered as full upon receiving the payment. The registration will be opened in April 2025.

XVIIIth HAC will be held in-person only.
The registration will be opened in April 2025.For student/retiree status a confirmation of status needs to be uploaded during registration.
For retirees – ID, passport or other document showing age OR any document from which retiree status is visible.
For students – student card, confirmation from university or similar document from which student status is evident.
Cancelation policy: The return of the registration fee (minus the banking fee) can only be guaranteed if the cancellation notice is sent before
1 September 2025.
Financial support: It will be available for a small subset of participants. Details will be released in April.
