All participants have to fill in registration form below, regardless of whether or not they receive financial support.

Registration fee includes: conference material, coffee breaks, welcome reception, poster & beer session, colloquium dinner, colloquium proceedings (CEAB), social events.
Note: To register as student you have to send a proof of your student status to or present it on-site at registration desk.

What are BEN, SHA, OUR payment instructions?
When you make an international bank (wire) transfer you can choose who pays the transfer charges. BEN, SHA, OUR are codes in a SWIFT instruction, at field "Details of Charges". The OUR instruction means you pay all transfer charges and we receive all your payment. SHA (shared) means you only pay your bank's outgoing transfer charge. We receive your payment minus the correspondent (intermediary) bank charges. BEN (beneficiary) means you do not pay any charge and we receive your payment minus all transfer charges. We require transfers to be made with the OUR instruction. Please follow the payment options on your order.

Please deliver the proof of payment to members of LOC via e-mail or at registration desk on-site.

It is also possible to pay the registration fee on-site at the registration desk as late registration.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received until 15 September 2018 will be refunded in full amount of your registration fee minus the bank transfer costs. Cancellations received after 15 September 2017 will be refunded with 50% of your registration fee. Notification of cancellations must be in written form and addressed to LOC (
